Getting Started

1. Login - Access your Telma instance and log in with your credentials
2. Navigation - Use the sidebar menu to navigate between sections
3. Conversations - View and reply to SMS from the main page

Profiles and permissions

A member's rights come from their profiles, which add up: User (their conversations, their calls, their extension), Admin (manage everything in the organization), and the profiles your organization or your domain define. Domain and platform admins hold platform permissions. Details: Profiles and Permissions in the guide, Roles and permissions in the API.
